Terms and Conditions for Online Course Purchase
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) rule over your (“you” or “your”) purchase and use of the online course Navigating Conversations With Self-Love (“Course”) offered by Light Mind Life (“us” or “we”) provides an online course through https://lightmindlife.com (the “Site”).
By accessing and using our Website and purchasing our Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Course Access and Use
1.1 Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will be granted access to the Course materials through the Website. You will also be given access to the Navigating Conversations with Self Love private Facebook group.
1.2 Throughout the 8-week Course, one-module will be released every week. Navigating Conversations with Self Love private Facebook group will also post updates regarding the progress of the entire course and the link for the Zoom Live discussions will be posted also.
1.3 At the end of the 8-week Course, your access to the Course materials through the Website and Navigating Conversations with Self Love private Facebook group will end.
1.4 The Course material’s purpose is for your personal use and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or sold without our prior written consent.
2. Pricing and Payment:
2.1 The Course purchase price for Option 1 payment is paying in full of $2,400. This will save you $400.
2.2 If you opt for Option 2 payment, you will need to pay $1,400 now, and the second payment of $1,400 is in 30 days.
2.3 The total value of the Course is worth $2,800.
2.4 All payments are handled through Stripe Inc., a secure payment gateway. We may also collect personal data regarding your usage of Course and Site which may contain limited information.
3. Refund Policy:
3.1 We offer a full refund if you let us know before the second week’s live zoom call. But before you can ask for a refund, all that we ask is that you have participated in the first week of training and zoom call.
3.2 To request a refund, please send an email to Info@lightmindlife.com. We will take 48 business hours to assess the merits of the refund. Depending on your bank’s process time, it will take 5-10 business days to complete the refund.
4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 All Light Mind LIfe materials, including but not limited to text, videos, images, worksheets, and other downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Light Mind Life and are protected by copyright laws.
4.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Navigating Conversations With Self-Love materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Disclaimers:
5.1 Light Mind Life does not guarantee that you will have specific outcomes or results from using the Course materials.
5.2 The information presented in the course is made for educational purposes and should not be tagged as professional advice.
5.3 Light Mind Life will not be responsible for any leak of information with regards to your Course purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1 With regards to the highest extent permitted by law, Light Mind Life shall not be liable for any damages that may result from directly, indirectly, consequential, incidental or special harm in connection with the use of the Course or any related materials.
7. Termination:
7.1 We attain the right to terminate your Course and private Facebook group access at our own discretion because of violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
8. Governing Law:
8.1 These Terms and any disagreement that may arise relating to them shall be governed and inferred in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
9. Changes to Terms:
9.1 We attain the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes that will occur on the Website, and your continued use of the Course after these changes will result in acceptance of the modified Terms.
